What we do to make organising your trip and your stay in Florence easier and more pleasant:
Before leaving for Italy:
- We inform you in detail about our programmes and we advise you of the one/s best suited to you.
- We provide the necessary documents and we assist you with the visa application.
- We reserve accommodation for you according to your requests.
Upon your arrival and during your stay in Florence:
- On the first day here we provide you with practical information about the school and about life in Florence.
- We assist you with preparing your application for the visitors permit of stay and for any renewals.
- We advise you which excursions, field trips and activities are available during your free time and we help you to book them in Florence and outside of town.
- We help you with queries regarding the bank, post office, health care, transport etc.
- We advise you on Italian academic studies and on any type of training you wish to undertake.
- We can organise study holidays for you in other languages in Europe and in Latin America through the Tandem network.
- We can put you in contact with Italians who study your language for linguistic-cultural “Tandem” exchanges.
- We offer free wifi access to internet.
- We offer free use of our vast collection of Italian films in DVD which you can view either at school at home.
